This blog is for anyone who is fighting any kind of mental disease, be it biological in nature, or brought on by traumatic experiences. Be it Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, clinical depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or whatever else may plague your mind, this site welcomes you all. 

I will share all of the tricks that help me have a better handle on my anxiety condition, as well as experiment with other methods, and to share thoughts and feedback about those with you.

There will be a new blog post at minimum twice per week, but may be more frequently if I have extra to share.
